2.2 Prelude Turbo Prelude Kill Options

Not so many details guys,the guy was using JE Pistons greddy Turbo,Eagle Rods E-manage etc (I asked about his car).Anyway we race 3 times,the 1st one was infront of me half a car(i missed the 3rd gear) but i was reaching him and the other 2 times i won him by 3 cars and 4 cars
He was pushing to go for again but was not exciting cuz my gt4 was looking for something stronger;)

btw, what is your estimated bhp and torque now?

p.s. now I get why you were requesting info for a better clutch (loosing third gear and getting beaten by the Prelude the first time) Where did the race take place?

Neoklis we didnt setup the race so was not possible to tell you the exact moment of the event
Now about the clutch i really have problems cuz my clutch since long time now is running out of life:(

Now about the bhp and torque i have no idea and i`m not planning to go to the dyno soon cuz my car needs work:)

About the prelude i was racing the car its over 350bhp and its running on 1.4 turbo boost.

I`m not really a racer fanatic i like most enjoying my car and feel all the upgrades i have done to it:) I like very much feeling gravity on turns:)

hey mike why dont we arrange celicas for competion next time. all celicas comes and who ever wants to race, they do.. others support.

what year was the prelude? vtec or non vtec?

IMO...if he was running that kind of stuff, it shoulda been a lot closer race than that
your saying he was putting down over 300 hp at the wheels...and he lost to you by 4 car lengths.
I'll believe it when i see it...

my 91 prelude keeps up with some 6G celicas...and no, not just the ST's those things are slower than hell

nvm about the vtec question...i see it was the 2.2 (h22...vtec engine)

but still...your telling me that you smoked a turbo h22 prelude by 4 cars...
either your putting a lot of power to the ground, or the celica is a lot lighter than i think it is, OR he didnt know how to drive...

I appologize for my friend here.... hes one of my buds that I like to brag about ya'lls celicas to. he is a fanatic about the preludes and I cant see why? except I do like the 5th gen model of those cars. Anyways, have a good one ladies.

The prelude was running with a Greddy Turbo JE Pistons and i`m not sure about the rods.I dont know the size of the Turbine also.
I dont have any reasons to tell you lies about a kill,i race very often with my cars so some times i`m 1st sometimes i`m 2nd and i dont have problems with it:)
Now about preludes i used to have on 1994 model 2.2 Vtec with Skunk2 Stage 2 camshafts,dc headers,bigger injectors,skunk2 ecu,etc and trust me even if i was running NOS i`m sure a GT4 should let me a lot of cars behind:)
Preludes 92-96 are very beautiful models,nice power on high RPMS but...thats it,you cant even close a 4WD and turbo:)
If i was running with my new clutch the cars shouldnt be 4,but more btw:)

I just got defensive cuz I hadnt noticed you were in a Gt-4...and to tell ya the truth, I dont know much about celicas and I had to look up the specs of the Gt-4 and saw that it was turbo AWD...then I knew I had to appologise for jumping the gun and assuming you were full of shiz

hmmm....turbo AWD prelude...something tells me I need about 30 grand and a machine shop

obi1kinob I hate street racing,when i was younger i used to enjoy this but after i lost some friends from those ****s i dont enjoy it anymore i`m always telling to my self to stop doing this but the same thing again always,i race anyway i love it when i`m enjoying my car with friends and i prefer to race on safe places:) but if somebody start teasing me HELL!!!

I like more the Cyprus Speed Demons:)
