I have a bunch of stuff on this site now. It just a 15 day temporary site to see if there is interest, and if not it will come down. I have a bunch of custom stuff and a few logo's up there that show most of the things we can have customized. If you want something custom for a club or with a pic of your celica or something, let me know while there is still time to put it up. There is a custom orders link in there that shows some of the things I've had done for a few people. (I know there is a couple mustang and non 6gc stuff, but that was for someone else)
Anyways, if there is some interest as in actual purchases I can keep it up. So let me know now if you want some thing made or what so there is still time to put it up. www.cafeshops.com/6gc -------------------- |

What can I say, I get bored at work. Nothing to do all night cept play on the net. I already washed the car the night before, and there was'nt anything good on TV. Maybe if I had a job where I actually had to do work, I would'nt be on here so much.

Hey man, that merchandise is great. I almost wanna buy the mouse pad, but I don't have the $14. But hey, that 6gc thong man, you should put one on the triangle in the back to. That's the part that always sticks out when girls tend to low rid their pants. Just a though But awesome stuff man. Honestly, if you used different hats, possibly a flex fit (that's all I can wear) then i'd definitely buy one of those.

I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed...all you did was take the logos I made(at least some of them) and send them to Cafepress and then mark up the prices.
I think that if you're going to use Cafepress, you should just offer them to us at cost, rather than at the marked up prices, at least for the 6gc stuff with the logo that I made. I mean, it doesn't cost anything to create a Cafepress account and automated site, and the logo was made by me. When I said that it would be fine to use the logo, I didn't know that all you were going to do was go through Cafepress. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Thats true Coomer, I put the prices up a couple bucks so that the site will pay for itself. Its only a couple bucks so that we can have the premium site. They take the money that it costs to run the site right out of the account for things sold. Without the premium site you can only offer one logo or design per product which would not let everyone get what they want. I can put the cost down to a penny over cost if we buy 700 items a month.
Its also true that if you want to put something for yourself up and make your own things, there is a link right on the site to do that. Feel free, you won't hurt my feelings at all. Also, when I bought something, they sent me a coupon for $5 off my next order which is more than the markup on any of the items. If you still are dissapointed, I will take your logo off and you can put up a basic 6GC site and put the logo on all of those items at the minimum price. --- The mousepad is just a sample of my car that I put on there, which you can buy if you want. But if you want one of your car, we can put something together also. I can throw the logo on the back of the thong as well, good thought. -------------------- |

I'm pretty disappointed too, Tweek, when you started this post you were talking about your how you had hookups where you work and stuff- but boosted and I have had a cafepress store up for 6gc for months now (back when we were kicking around the idea about a club 6gc.. which never took off The idea was the markup would go mostly to coomer and the club- I think? Maybe all to coomer lol
We don't need to have a premium site. Hell, if you want custom stuff- all you have to do is setup your own cafepress store with like: 6gc.net Andason V8 killa! Logo. and then Ace sets up his own shop for his stuff which says: 6gc.net, ACE EAT U MOFOS or whatever I can this idea. Two thumbs down, if you wanted to have a cafepress for the site alright, but don't make it a premium site with all that markup stuff. I wish I would have actually paid attention to this thread earlier. |

I had no idea that one was up already. Well then, throw up that address so people can order from there. The one I made will expire in 10 days. I'll yank the 6GC stuff so nothing is taken away from your site.

We never ran it, it's still blank- I'm just saying there are better ways than this, and the very way you described it seems a bit dishonest. It has coomer and others who know how cafepress operates a little on the defensive edge.

Dishonest? Oh well, sorry, I never meant it to be like that. I just did'nt want to shell cash to keep it up. Like you said before, I can make my own stuff on a private site and then take it down without anyone ever seeing it but me. I just thought that a lot of people may not want to take the time or have the know how to do it all, so I made it available and threw up the link for ya'll.
So don't give it another thought. I'll yank the 6GC stuff, buy what I wanted in the first place for myself, and then the rest will be down in 10 more days. I never meant to mislead anyone, or infringe on something anyone else had already going thats why I emailed Coomer for his permission to use the logo. Sorry to dissapoint you guys. I'm not sure how you were expecting to have affordable shirts and stuff, one at a time without needing a group buy besides doing it like this. I'd love to hear your ideas though. -------------------- |

Tweek, I didn't mean to offend you personally in any way; except when someone gets on the site (last month) and starts to offer a cafepress site with markup the rest of us who know what cafepress is are going to balk, and wonder why the hell we'd give profit to you and not the site.

Well, I don't want to imply I'm trying to take ya'll to the cleaners over a t-shirt.
I pulled all the stuff to ease everyone's concerns. I appologise to everyone who feels I was trying to rob em, that was not my intentions. -------------------- |
