i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Awsome Ryu3x16. How long did it take for them to swap it in? Fill us in on what had to be done with Mikes harness. Your car looks beautiful by the way! As close to an authentic GT4 as we can get over here! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

thanks guys... I'm in long beach,ca...it took my about 3 weeks to drop the motor in...since i sucked with wires..i sent it out to mike...unfortunately it didnt work...so i towed it down to el prototype in azusa,ca... they did Kuya's swap... they saw the wires and was like "holy ****!...its that red tape again...mike, i presume?"..LOL anyways...i asked eric (el prototype's manager) what had to be done to the wires...he told that he had to take it apart and do it all over again...which was a bummer...anyways he charged me about 600 bucks..so..i would say it took me about 3 months to get the car up and running....now the cars running great...

hahah.. the reason why i sent it to mike was because of all the good reviews of topshelfracing i saw on the board....but i guess..uh... it happens....anyways..im not trying to give him a bad name or anything...its just el prototype has seen his work before and had to correct it...well, thats what they told me... wink.gif wink.gif thanks for the compliment guys!
