I'm clueless.
It's a rattling that sounds like a very flimsy piece of metal. Which is weird because there isn't much suspension related flimsiness.
It's coming from the front right. And kicks in at around 30, dies off at 50 mph. Occurs over slightly uneven road. It's pretty random too, not timed with the engine revs, wheel rotations, etc.

It's not the strut/spring assembly, I've yanked it all over the place and it's solid.
It's not the wheel bearings, I spun the wheel and it's smooth.
I checked my brake slider pins, then regreased them, but there's not much wear. Though the caliper is still kinda mushy, as if the slider pins are too small. Is this normal? Never noticed before.

Any ideas for what to check?

i doubt what im thinking of would be loud enough, buy maybe

take off the wheel and look at the piece sticking out the foremost.
it should have a little rod sticking through a hole in it...if this piece rattles around that could be your problem. just bend it so it can't move like that.

also, try pushing the fit-kit for your brakes...they're on the sides(where the brakes come out to fit into the caliper and prevent it from flying out).

Oh good call, I forgot to mention I replaced the cotter pins. I'll check the brakes next time I get the chance, thanks.
