I'm about to order some wheels and tires, and I pretty much have the choice between the Kumho 711s and the WanLi tires. I would prefer Toyos or Yokohamas, but those cost extra. Does anyone know which is the better brand? I've never really heard of WanLi, but I've heard some bad stuff about Kumho also.

Thanks in advance.

I say if you have the money for better tires I would recomend you get them, if not then I would say the kumho's.

I'd go WanLi, just because it's the name of an almostex gf; and I'd like to say that I'm riding on WanLis smile.gif

I had wanli's. I took them to cali and one was damaged due to so many pot holes. I dont know if its Wanli and their poor product or the terrain to blame. Wanlis have good traction, low road noise, But they dont have warranty so get something better. 711 suck in rain.

I'm rollin on Wanli's right now... been over a year and they still have great tread. I've never had a set of Kumhos last longer than 8-9 months without howling like crazy... go Wanli.
