Where is your power wire running?
Where is your RCAs running?

Having all these wires running together can cause this, its most likely engine noise being amplified through the wires, i suggest running your wires different and seperating them. RCAs on one side, power on the other.

i wouldn't see why ground would effect it with the acceloration.

I agree with Supersprynt check to see were your wires are running and make sure that they aren't together at any point.

on the back of ur back seats lift up the black fabric alittle bit and on the bottem corner of the seat ulol see a bolt holding part of the seat togheter on the hinge, ground it there, then as to ur rcas have them on ur right under the trim under the door, and stick ur blue wire ( i think remote)?>?? there to, on the left side put ur power wire. thats the ideal setup... mines like that and it sounds great, no interferience what so ever.

Check the ground on the amp. Everytime you give it gas the altunature (sp?) turns faster giving the car more juice. This would cause the noise to get louder.
