I have been driving both my moms car and my geo until I finish the 3s swap and the geo prizm (Toyota corolla) has been making some weird noises, when idling it makes a whining noise sometimes and in 2nd gear (its a 3spd auto) it makes a weird sound that is kind of like something is spinning fast or rattling really fast, so I popped the hood a few minutes ago and checked oil and fluid levels and noticed some oil on the valve cover, so pulled out the plug on the left seemed fine, pulled out the next one and there was some oil on it, pulled the next one and it is covered in oil, what could be causing this and how do I fix it.

Bad valves, or valve seals. Probably would be major work to fix it.

What plug are you pulling? Spark plugs or just the wires? If there is oil in the cylinders its gonna cost a lot to fix.

the wires, i guess i should have specified that, i took a closer look and i think it has to be the o-rings, i am going to pick some up in the morning and try that, but how should i get the oil out of the wholes, someone told me to pull the spark plugs and let it drain out, but won't it drain into the cylinder, and isn't that bad

Theres 4 oil tubes on top of the valve cover. Just pull out those plugs and filler up!
