How hard would it be to do just 7age, no turbo or supercharger. Just put the 4age head on the 7afe, and switch the ecu to a 4age ecu? And then turbo it later on. Of course it would be the usual 4age pistons, and stuff. Would I have to use a 4age tranny as well?

Ive already seen that. That is a turbo'd 7age, I'm not looking to turbo right away which will make things alot more simplier.

if you look over here in the engine section, you will find some information about the head swap.
basically, you will be blowing tons of cash, on absolutely nothing. you should see some of those guys, spending obscene amounts of money, and basically putting down 100-120whp with the 7a. complete & total waste of time. the only way you'll be able to push some serious power, is if you're boosting.
