well i just sold a 1990 honda prelude and bought a 96 celiuca gt coupe, manual.
and i wanted to give it a little more go and ive got $1200 american and dont know what to get and or where to get to from. i was thinking intake, exaust, and pully. but a few questions on the intake should i go ram-air or cold air. and im also having trouble finding parts i only found one cold-air intake and it was some manufacture ive never heard of and i couldnt find any exausts to fit my car only universal ones. anyway wheres a good place to buy stuff for 96 celicas and what should i buy IYO. thanks spence -------------------- Former: 96 GT 5 speed (i/p/e) Fate- rear ended by mack truck

owning the car you will find out soon that there are very few companies that make parts for our celica's. Intake's will usually always have to be custom made by some of us here(especially Cold Airs). My intakes are made to high quality specs, ask around, i've sold some to some of the members on here, as well as EvilSpeed.
I make Cold Airs and short rams for GT's. EvilSpeed makes cold airs and short rams for ST's. As for exaust, only Greddy made the "SP" catback but has been discontinued, its hard to find it. |

I charge $140 Shipped to your door for a Cold Air.
There's no big deal if you get a universal muffler. |

It's no big deal to go universal exhaust at all, and depending on what kind of mods you do, perhaps better to specify the size of you piping, remove the cat, etc etc welcome to the site for what kind of mone< you could even put together a custom turbo setup..

i think im gonna go all motor tell you honestly. but with the universal exaust i dont understand what they mean by universal. does that mean it will magically fit almost any car. or do you have to weld pieces together in a way that it WILL fit your car?
