I've heard good things about Audiocontrol...I don't know a whole lot about equalizers, crossovers, processors, and line drivers, but I often read good things about Audiocontrol on Elite Car Audio.

I've got their 3xs crossover/line driver. Great stuff. Done many installs with audiocontrol and never had a problem.
