Well i tried so hard just to get my 94 GT up to 110mph today. Lol, it was taking forever and ever and ever... Seems slower than my ST in the long run. Anyone have the same problem? Eh... I know its only got about 130hp or so even less but when I had my Accord 94 LX, it went to 115mph pretty quick. How do we up the speed around this area? Whose got it goin higher than 110mph, I know there was an old thread about this but i want to know now! Lol.. biggrin.gif

I think it should be some problems in ur GT. Coz I just use a short time to hit about 120mph many times.

Stock new GT is 135hp..of course they're older and with age comes less performance.

From 70 to 110 takes the 3s bout6 or 7 seconds.

The 5sfe can go really fast stock. I once took it out of my car, hooked some go cart wheels to it and put a ziptie on the throttle body

can't find where it stopped

dang, i guess theres just something wrong with my celica then. it took me like 15 sec just to get from 100-110. Even getting to 100 was hard to reach. Guess I gotta look at the little things first.

at 6.2k RPM's i got to 125-126mph, but i dynoed it at 130 MPH (top speed), so if your car is stock, the Fastes you will ever go is 130MPH and thats if u dont have any air resistance (drag) to slow u down

That's not true ivan, mine could go to 132, ya never know, the older gt vs. the newer one, they're different in ways. So, 130 for your car is the correct way to say it.
