Ok i got the Haynes Celica repair manual and i can't find anywhere in the book where is points out where the ECU or hazard fuse is. All it shows is the location of the boxes throughout the car. Anyone tell which one it is for the 7AFE?

Look under the hood by the battery. Attached to the fender is a long (main) fuse box. pop the cap off that. there are 3 relays on top, a group of fuses in the middle and relays and fuses at the bottom. The Hazard is in the middle group(10A) and the main engine is in the bottom group EFI (15A).
