Was thinking of using doggy's how to but it really doesnt describe what kind of plastic to use. I dont frequent the home improvement stores and was wondering if anyone could lead in the right direction. Oh and i already PM'ed doggy but i guess im still unclear as to the type of plastic to use.

And i dont want to use that vinyl stuff like the other option says.

basicly its called PVC plastic here. i dont know about the US shops, and how it may be called, but it is white and very easy to work with (sand it, or bend it by heating). But you can use any type of plastic, and you can design anything by using some card board paper to make a shape, and after that trace it on paper, JUST use YOUR imaginations guys, you can do anything like YOU want, you dont have to folow all the instructions just like in my HOW TO, it is just to give you the idea, and you could always make somthign by your self...
