Why do some people like to get the front bumper for their kit as the very first thing and put it on before sideskirts and/or before they have the rest of the kit?!?! It looks stupid as all hell and it really pisses me off, but maybe I'm over looking something. Can anyone make sense of this for me?

I think people should get all the pieces together and then take it to a good body shop and get the whole car painted after the kit is put on. I see a lot of guys, mostly Hondas with half done custom work and it looks so cheesy.

I probably would have never started putting a body kit on my car if i hadnt had a wreck. I suddenly didnt have a front bumper for my car, so at the moment my car is only partially put together until I have the money for the rest of the kit and paint.

well yea of course its just really funny when u put it on, then drive around with an unpainted or primered kit piece, i kno sometimes people acquire things at different times and dont have space at home for it to just be laying there. i dont see anything wrong with putting a piece on, as long as its painted to match the car.

First i would say on the celica is the fact were the front lips up.. i think it needs to be lower first or more then the other. Also the rear i dnt think even needs a lip, Thats my thought
