Sphinx is right about the last meet we unfortunatly could not go. His tranny parts have NOT yet arrived so thats his problem. Mine the car is SLOW and FUGLY a POS better said. But if things another meet in September sounds about good for me too. A cruise up PCH would be fun probably head over to the Camarillo Outlets and send the day there buying EARLY X-mas presents for the friends and family biggrin.gif . Or just kick it in Malibu and race a black convertible ferrari or orange MKIV supra wink.gif tongue.gif . Anyway mid september sounds good for me if this were to be a big enough meet that is.

Cool Im glad to see some replies as for the last meet i missed that as well due to work, but i really wanted to go and so did another 6gc member i know.

So if this does happen I guess September would be best. Would the begining, mid or end be best. I was thinking begining. What time would you guys like to cruise?

I take it would be best to take PCH up from the 10 (santa montica area) up to Malibu. How does that sound?

Im not to sure about whats up in Malibu, but im sure theres a lot. N e one have a good place to end the cruise up to, kick back, get a bite to eat, and has a nice veiw. (of the ladies and the ocean... and guys if n e ladies show up).

Cool ill start looking at dates tonight and organize a time. I will also sometime soon take solo cruise up there to check out n e good "kicking it" places once were up in malibu or some where up PCH.

I figure on meeting up santa montica area>

Jack my man i was thinking about taking a short cruise down whilser but to many lights and to much traffic to keep the group together so i think its best if we meet up around the peir area or third street. It would have to be a free parking area or some place with a lot of empty space. I think i know of few places but ill have to check it out.

As for whats up im malibu im a bit lost all i know theres a good amount of houses and restraunts on the expensive side. If n e of you know of a good eating place with an ok size parking lot speak up lol.

Planing is in progress

Well i can probably set something up at the Fairmont in Santa Monica, on Wilshire and Ocean. I used to work there and i could ask them for a favor and lend me one of the lots for about an hour. It fits about 30-40 cars so we'll have room. But i think that for me late sept. would be good.

Ok i took a small cruise up there the other night here some things i saw.

Early morning sounds good cus evening traffic is bad around SM area and while farther gets clear there are spots where traffic does accumilate.

Heading north on pch theres a Vons or Ralphs, i foget which one, but that has an ok size meeting place and a gas station right across the way (fill up on gas and snacks)

ToYcCeli8 that fairmots idea sounds good keep me posted. What is Fairmont exactly is it the name of the place you use to work?? (i take it its the area?) Sounds intresting tho post more detail.

Last but not least while crusin up there there was also a jack in the box way farther up pch that might make for an ok turn around/lunch spot. If not there i remember seeing a seafood place, but i was unsure about space and prices.
