just one more thing.....extremedoors only opens like 45 or something degrees up......the gt factory opens the full 90 degrees.....BUT you can get the conversion to open your doors upto 100 degrees for the extremedoors so you might wana check into that when doin the GB

where do you get that 100 deg conversion?

its at the same place. I'm already aware of the 100 degree conversion. If you look at the 300ZX in the pictures at extremedoors.com you'll see it. At first I thought it was photochopped but I guess thats real. Amazing.

I want the 100deg kit!

btw the site says:

Shipping is free to anywhere in the United States and Canada!

that would be awesome if the shipping price stays like that biggrin.gif

the only thing thats stupid is you have to buy that converter to make the doors go any higher. WTF what a waste of money for that they should just make them with teh 100* angle instead of makeing you waste more damn money.

There are going to problems with the doors opening up alot. 1st is going to be the actual inner door panel hitting. I dont think they will allow the doors to go all the way up, unless you cut into the door panel. Mine WILL HIT depending on how much I swing the door out. For this reason, I am the only one that will open and close the passenger door. I got to push it out a bit and the push it down. I also noticed that someone said they were going to drill their own holes. Not recommended at all. Its thin sheetmetal that has a reinforced plate that the latches screw in. I had to make my own plates, then slot them and weld them on to the latches. Dont let these problems distract you, they are workable.

with all that bull**** just get the GT vert doors and they are adjustable so you dont hit the panels, plus they are 1 piece not 2 but i dont think the kit comes with extended wires for your mirrors, im not sure because maybe you dont have to have the extended wires?

I love the look of the doors all the way up. Look at my profile and see the picture from behind. My inner door panel does hit. The mirror wires, actually all wiring is not a problem. I did not have to extend, but extending is easy. I cant answer if the extra adapter will work. i would buy it. The doors look bitchn straight up!
