 5S-FE valve adjustment, how long before its a good idea? |

I was thinking earlier today that my car is starting to make some excessive valve noise, and it got me thinking about how long the motor can go before it needs a valve adjustment... the past 15 thousand miles, in particular, ive noticed a sizeable decrease in performance, and was thinking mabey its because of this... either way im curious what the interval is for this service

i know the owners manuel has it in the back.... i think its ever 60k miles i'll check when i get home home.... but i also have noticed strang click when i over 4K- rpms... sounds like a weak valv spring .... do u hear any sound ? or just feel the power lose... cause i don't feel a power lose ? but then again i haven no realy base to go off of..

just on a whole it dosent pull as hard, esp. between 1500-3000 rpms anymore, but then again its easier to detect loss down there...
