so yeah i was driving my car pretty hard yesterday around my neighborhood at about 2 in the morning. and ive been noticing if i really get on ym brakes they lock up and wont come back. like if i lock them up theyre gonna stay locked.
anyways i dont really know what to look for in brakes at all. maybe i just need new calipers? or should i get disks also? also im getting new rims soon hopefully 17"s, so my next question is can i fit bigger disks in bigger rims? -------------------- Former: 96 GT 5 speed (i/p/e) Fate- rear ended by mack truck

Well, Your gunna need pads.. maybe even new rotors if your pads are gone and grinding into them.. It seems like you might have an air lock, but Also I would say look into some new calipers.. .. I know theres a peace you can buy that makes your caliper sit out more, so you can have a bigger rotor, witch will help.. But if your going to do all that stuff any ways you might wanna look into a big break kit or somthing... with better calipers, but Im not sure whats out there for our cars.. |
