Ok i need some help with computers. Has any one installed a V-Force unit from www.jetchip.com in their celica. If so please let me know how it works and if its worth it. Also what are some options with getting a new ecu chip and things of that nature. thanks a lot.

i would say if your not going to do any major mods on your engine.. don't bother the stock one works well enuff , but that is just me.. if you are going for some real power and such as turbo/swap custom parts... go with a stand alone.. i seen what they can do on Honda and VW engines first hand..

QUOTE
A stand alone unit is an aftermarket replacement for the stock ECU. It can be programmed to handle different sized injectors, provide fuel under boost, change the A/F ratio, alter the ignition timing, and a variety of other functions. It is the best thing you could get for fuel management.

Welcome to the boards & anything that's generally related to cars just run a search for it on the net, saves time & can move on to questions more geared to Celica’s. smile.gif
