the 3sgte wiring harness has about 3 or 4 plugs marked 2a 2b 2c 2d that go into the st185 fuse box.

on the 6th gen, you have one very large plug (EA-1?i think?) that goes from the 5sfe harness and plugs into the 5sfe fuse box.

so basically, you need to take the 3s harness and adapt it to work with the 5s fuse box.

if you take a look at http://www.gtfour.ca/howtoswap.html youll notice that chris has a chart that tells you what each wire on the 2a 2b 2c 2d plugs does.
then use the search feature to find my old "swap wiring info" thread. on there youll find that someone made a chart of what the wires on the EA-1 plug to.

then all you have to do is match up the wires from the 3sgte plugs to the same wires on the EA-1 plug.
