i would either have a shop build you a custom box or buy a sub zero box (http://www.subzeromfg.com). 99% of all prefab boxes are JUNK!!! that are made out of particle board and will make your sub sound like sh!t.

Ok. I need to sum this up:

If you just don't want to build a fiberglass enclosure, you could build one out of 3/4" MDF...supplies for that would only cost $25 or so, and they're not hard to make.
Either way, make sure your enclosure is around .3 to .5 cubic feet. Other than that it sounds like a pretty good setup. Are you going to install it all yourself? -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Thanks again Coom. As for installing it, I have family in the business to help me....but I have to go home to MN to get it done. Only other cost is a twelve pack
