Hi i'm undicided on which short shifter i should purchase. I was told the TRD short shifter is 40% shorter then the stock and the TWM one was 60%. and was told to get the TWM because its shorter. i wanted some more opinions though.

i did use the search engine. after i posted lol. sorry. anyways i'm still undecided. it seems its 50/50. one person says TRD another says TWM. i think i should just buy both of them lol. then ill know
one thing i heard and dont know if is true or not. is that you cant unscrew the TRD shift knob. which means it prevents you from putting another custom one on. obvisouly the TWM isnt that way since it doesnt even come with a shift knob.

TRD if you wanna be more appealing, TWM for slightly better performance. Guess I'd see it as that.

I am a die hard TRD fan, but the TWM shifter is shorter and cost less. the TRD shifter is only 10%shorter than stock, TMW is 40% shorter.
In the end it's what you want!!!

no the twm is 60% shorter throw and the trd is 40%. i'm going with twm and i think i'm going to get the twm shift nob to go along with it too. so really it isnt cheaper because trd's comes with a shift nob, twm doesnt. but its shorter so thats why i'm getting it.
