lol, funny topic name
its pretty simple actually, just unscrew the old one and put the new one on...you might have to do some weird **** like i had to do with my momo one where i put this rubber cap then screwed plastic screws into it..but it cant get any more difficult than that |

You have to take off the little plastic ring at the little nub on the shifter and you have to shave it with a file of some sort just so you can squeeze it over the little nub, but be careful not to over do it.

Yea be careful when either takin it off or puttin it on. If you over-screw it then you'll strip it and it'll be a bitch to make it stay on tight without moving around alot.

Are there any direct fit knobs, like the TRD, maybe?? I got a universal one from a friend once, and it would have looked like a$$ if i used it since the threads were too small.

I thought all knobs were universal when i bought mine, it came with a bunch of these rubber caps u put at the top of the stick and then you just screwed something over the rubber onto the shift knob(the bottom) and put plastic screws into the rubber part to hold it tight...i dont know its hard to describe and MOMO is gay

Yes, i liked those rubber things, at first I had no idea what to do with them..and their directions are practically written in hieroglyphics...so i stuck it in the shift knob then couldnt get it out, then i FINALLY realized to stick it on the end of the shifter lol..man i must be the dumbest... *opens mouth, inserts foot* |
