I'm in depending on price and when the money will be needed. A couple questions that haven't been addressed...

1. Will the defroster still be functional?
2. Will holes be drilled for the spoiler?

Or possibly, could you get him to make a factory style CF spoiler? I'm not going without my spoiler, and I'm not sure how a black spoiler would look on a CF hatch.

if the spoiler is an option you will have to use your stock spoiler and just attach it in the predrilled holes........yes teh defroster will still work cause you just switch the glass over

ok i just talked to him for a very little bit b4 i went out to dinner. he said he would reinforce the area were the spoiler would go but he would leave it shaved so that you would have to make your own spoiler holes but that is just as simple as whipping out your drill and drilling through........so let me know who would be info for doing it this way

that's how it should be done. for example, people have different wings and some might not want a wing.

is this GB a definite? if so when will production begin?

thanks

CIANCI Ryan: Just checked it out. I would say I can start on your guys hatch in 35 days. And when I start it will take apx 2.5-3mo
CIANCI Ryan: when 35 days comes up, I will take 100.00 deposits twards the hatch, when the mold is completed and we get the first unit ready I will collect the rest
CIANCI Ryan: retail will be 690 on the hatch
CIANCI Ryan: if we can get 15 people, I will do 590 on the hatch + 155 S/H to anywhere in the u.s

that is the deal with this
i just need people who are serious and are willing to get in so make a list

ok, well then if the people that are in for the 15+ price, put (15+) after your name on the list so we know. Dont wait for it to get to 15 with people who will pay more, because then it may not happen....if you see what i mean.

i can't pass this up, this opportunity WILL never come around again. playr, are you going to post this up in the buying/selling forum? i rarely come in to this board, so you may get a faster responce out there. also, who will be receiving our down payments and final payments; you or the cf guy?

man i hope this happens...

im in, please double check with the company and see how their carbon fiber quality is.

ask questions such as:

what if their is a defect, such as "mushed" or "swirly" weaves where their be a refund or exhange?

how many layers of clear coat will there be and is it UV protected

will the carbon fiber fade?

might want to get a price for 5 or 10 people in the group buy. I hate to say it but I doubt 15 people is attainable and even if you do get that number theres always those that back out. good luck man, if this goes through its gonna be one hell of a sweet addition to your cars.
