When installing ST sway bars, do we use the stock links or are we provided with different ones from ST?

I think you mean Suspension techniques. IF you do, then you can use the stock links. Just be really careful when taking them off, they tend to strip easily. You are not provided with new ones, but you are provided with new bushing, which I highly reccomend that you put lots of grease on so they don't squeak.

I am asking about the suspension technices. The reason I ask is because I my links are destroyed and I have to replace them. I was wondering if I should just go with the ST sway bars now or do it later when I actually have the money.

You will need to reuse (or get new) stock end links with the ST bars. If you can't afford to get new links, I'd recommend you wait until you can to install the bars.
