What's the front bar?? Do you mean the aluminum reinforcement behind the bumper? If so, I wouldn't take that off unless you want to become a sardine in an accident.

how do you make it not show in the invader dront. how would you even go about fighting an intercooler in there with the bar? i had to take mine out to fit my invader on. i had no other way around it.

From what I have seen you need to modify the front bar to make it all fit. But dont just take it off, if you get into a small accident you deploy (sp?) your air bags, even if you rearend someone around 5mph. Some insurence companys also might not cover you if you remove it. Its put on for your protection. If you hit someone at say 60mph.......well you should order your plot of ground now, and pick a nice box to be put in the ground in. J- |

dont ever remove that reinforcement bar...thats crazy!! if your thinking of putting a fmic...just trim off any excess fiberglass from the inside of the front if you can...if not...try going top mount or something and jus get a hood scoop...lol.but i've seen it done before...its doable.

i have the invader front WITH that bar......just grab a sander and start sanding the back of the bumper around the parts were the bar hits it...eventually you will be able to slide it on WITH the bar......then you grab some black paint and spray the bar so it blends in with the rest of the car

and while your sanding your kit, cut the corners off the ends of the reinforcement bar with an airsaw. it still protects you but isn't as in the way. Then paint the bar black and it's gone.
