ehh, i heard from numerous sources that slotted and cross drilled rotors doesn't make a big deal anymore. they've designed them well enough for heat dissipation these days that cross drilling and slotting them doesn't really affect them.

K either go with slots or cross drilled. Doing both weakens the rotor and the chance of cracking the rotor will increase dramatically.

I have the front cross-drilled/slotted rotors and I noticed a real big difference in stopping power...I was going about 30-35 then slammed on my brakes after i got them to see if they did stop better...My celica stopped on a dime...so much that my box with subs that weighs more than a hundred pounds slammed into the back of my seat(no backseat in)...IMO it helped my stopping power plus look good through the wheel

it sucks for daily cause of the bull**** trafic in cali. everyone is always slammmin on the brakes. and my parents camry has cross drilled slottted for 2 years now they love it. no craking or anything. i think mine are just breakin in cause today i did the loop and man it was tight. so id go with them from nopi, there tight. just gotta break em in there gonna suck at first.

yea you need the calipers. but look on the D.I.Y. database for the swap its a complete instruction on it. make sure you dont get air into the system then you will be screwed.
