This is my third Speeding ticket. I was going 53 on a 35 zone.
How much do you think it will be? I am in HollyWood CA.

i don't know about cali, but i live in kansas and i got caught doin 90 in a 65 and got fined $299.

hopefully it wasn't ur third one within a year cuz i heard u would get suspended......usually tickets like that are 80 bucks, then u need to show proof of corrections which is another 80 bucks, which may include a processing tax, school tax, insurance tax, tic tax, etc. speeding tickets get increased the more u get and the faster u go

if you get 3 points your lisence is automatically suspened if there with a year. your fine is going to probably be over 400 because its in la county. unless you get a break, good luck

Whatever you do try to go to traffic school (even if you already went) you can easily go to traffic school multiple times in a year and the DMV wont notice and you can get away with it and your insurance company will never find out you received a ticket, this doesn't always work but does work often.

man that SUCKS, i just got my second ticket within like a month last week...the first one was in my camry, 50 in a 35, marked down to 1-5 over....and the second was in the celi, 60 in a 35, marked down to 15 over...in michigan its $105 for 5 over, 110 for 10 over and 115 for 15 over. DAMNIT, haha.

Hehe after getting my license suspended back in 2001, I found out that it's no fun bumming rides from other people yo, so I have been clean for past 18 months... (that doesn't mean I haven't been racing..hehe)

I got pulled over for 47 in a 25 today! but...since i'm really good friends with one of the cops sons he lemme go...said to have a good day and watch for cops!
oh btw: i've been pulled over 6 times now and never got a ticket!!!!! heheheheheeheh

I was going 99 in a 50 zone, luckily the cop went nice on my and changed my ticket from Excessive speeding ( $375 ) to speeding within a municipality ( $160 ), if i had recieved the Excessive, i would've lost my license for a while.

don't they give you a sheet or write on the ticket what it costs...so you can pay it early if you want? that's what they do here...or you can call City Hall and ask them.

If you just pay the ticket off then the DMV gets a report of your ticket and subtracts points from your license.
I know of a judge that if you go to your court date instead of payin it, he will allow you to take a driving course that takes like 10days. And if you pass he rips up the ticket and you only end up payin $40 for the course and keep all your points on your license.
