Do u htink it would look and sound alright if i mafe a rear box out of MDF put 2 xtant 10inch subs facing out and a 10in W3V2 inverted facing in?

Then for the amp should i get 1, 2, or 3 amps?

And im going ot put the amp(s) in the spare wheel hole fiberglass it make them look liek they are floating. Sound good?

sounds good but subs really sound a lot louder in hatchbacks than in a regular car. but if your goin for looks it will look pretty hot when your done if you do a good job.

for the amp you can just go with one really strong one that will power all of them. unless you wanna get 3 weak ones just to show them off too

keep in mine about all that extra wieght your adding to an already slow car... you could try somthing Like im gunna do, and just a few 8"woofers around, keeping the box's small, and keeping as much bass as im going to use ... and still have the whole back end to put stuff in...

Well im not going for speed right now cuz i dont have the money to be making my car fast. So i was going ot buy coomer subs off him and put them in and make it look good.

Im planning on keeping the bass low for everyday drving and stuff like that so its not over powering or anmything.

1. I do not recommend placing 2 subs facing back and one in...
2. Use one amp and have the subs parallel-make sure the amp is 2ohms stable and bridge it. Have the bass mono from a subwoofer source
3. have a separate amp for the separates and have a X-over for them
4. very important... get a good head unit !!

As a matter a fact its a $5,000 custom job mated with the right amp but who knows.

Ok here goes the run down..

1. dont have the subs facing different directions.
2. Have an EQ with subwoofer level & frequency control ... that way you can control the frequency and volume of the bass separately.
3. Since you mentioned 3 10" subs you need an amplifier that is 2 ohms stable. That way it can handle the load of the subs running in parallel.
4. Have some one that knows about installing stereo equipment do the job.
5. Get a GOOD head unit. Keep in mind that this is the main unit of your system.
I recomend the JL Audio subs.
I like the Audio Art HC series amps.

well i have deiceded i think..;
My jl audio 10w3v2 inverted into my spare wheel well. there is going to be the right size for the sub.
JBL 380w amp fopr 169 or go and find a JL audio amp to match not sure.

THen have my blue, black, and silver cross briaded wire showing runnig to them from my amp that is goign to be sitting on a strut bar that im goign to have custom made so that it sits lower then most other ones. have it blanced on that but no wires are goign ot be shown other then the sub ones cuz they will run under the bar. Then add some lights and i should be set

I hope cuz man i have gone over so many different ideas is amazing.

ps sry this probley sounds really confussing ill post picks once i start if i ever do

Thats much better. Keep it simple....stupid hehe. Crazy setups with subs facing opposite directions and inverted vs standard can make for some acoustical chaos. Also when you get into 3 sub setups your impedance can get pretty wacky.

no way do you want to mix sub brands...that would just sound like crap due to uneven power......this with just that jl 10...make a fiber glass mold of your spare tire....then fiber glass the mold to a sheet of mdf...and cut a 10 inch hole then lay blk carpet over the top...after that all you need is a amp rack ...
