has any one made his car (6g) 4 wheel drive with st185 differential and parts?
can be made?

now after re-reading the question and confusing u the question is. can i make a st202 awd with st185 diferential axle.... the whole thing...

Can't you just buy an ST205? That will be far more cost effective than trying to cut/paste one together. As for your question... yes it will work with custom fabrication.

a friend of mine has a st202 and the gearbox is almost gone. he found a st185 gt4 gearbox that fits perfectly on the engine. he is now thinking to make it 4wd and what are his options

Not to be rude, but chances are if you have to ask, you can't. You'd need new axels, tranny, suspension, maybe break and relocate ur gas tank. And that's just off the top of my head, I'm sure there's far more involed. Oh yeah reroute the exhuast too

are the rest of the staff the same? cos its easier and cheaper to find st185 parts than 205

The stuff is similar enough that it will work, but there will be quite a bit of custom fabrication, measureing, and welding that is involved to get it all to work correctly. It's not a bolt-on sor of deal...
