I think my car alarm is basically stock.

i bought this car from another person. I dont know didity about the alarm. After pluggin the wires back to the positive part of the battery, the alarm went off. It stopped after 30 sec. When i opened my door the alerm siren went off, and another alarm siren went off. Two sirens! Before there was just melody for my siren, now there's two. that other normal siren goes beep beep beep, but the unknown siren sounds like police sirens.

Can some one show me how to correct this problem??? I want the original siren only, the one that goes "BEEP" "BEEP".

i would leave the alarm wire off until you can take it to a shop that installs alarms it sound like the alarm reset itself. if you cant turn it off with the remote try vallet switch. if its a stock alarm i cant really help you i have only installed to alarms and never had that problem. i know with some alarms if the power is disconnected the alarm will lose programing. try holding the disarm button for a couple of seconds some times this will reset the remote to the brain of the alarm. sorry couldnt be more help. i even looked it up in the repair manual but they dont list anything for alarms

I bought a car like that before. What I did was dissconnect the horn/siren wire and that would get rid of the noise then just use your key to start the car and that seems to stop the flashing light. Just do that until you can get a new better alarm installed.
