The idea of opening up my headlights in an over or with boiling water seems a bit sketchy. Is there a failsafe way to do this? A recipe maybe (water at x degree, headlights for y minutes, etc). The angel eye how to article had that "recipe" to get them open, will this be fine (Boiling water, 20 minutes).
Also, these bulbs just screw right in right? |

Does that require heating the lights up via oven or boiling water?
Supersprynt, the angel eyes how-to told how to open up the headlights. I was making reference to that, not the actual angel-eye thing. |

i think you are thinking about the old cars where the hea light bulb is one whole unit..
in celicas, the 4 head lights are not connected to the filament. when your head light burns out you dont have to replace the whole light, just the bulb inside. |
