No difference in the speedo with those.

I am not a expert, but I dont think its a good idea. check tirerack.com or tires.com, I dont think that's a recommanded size for celi, your tires may hit your fender liner when you drive over a pot hole.

it should not affect it much.. you have to remember some people ride in 18 inch rims and you hardly hear them complain about rubbing..

i have 205/50/16's all around with tein s-tech springs...no rub...could probably put 225/50's

Thats cuz with 18's you use 35 - 40mm tires, not 50. 205 is the width of the tire, and the thicker you go the more you need to pay attention to offset, and not rim size. This post has been edited by Supersprynt: Sep 30, 2004 - 12:22 PM -------------------- |

The 205/50-16 will fit just fine. I have those mounted on a Gen 7 GTS wheel and don't have any problems (with stock suspension). The speedo will not be affected either. Check out this site to compare tire sizes:

oops, forgot, I had 205/50/16 on my own car...
 always thinking they were 205/45s...
