Can you buy these seperartely or do you have to spend the 200-300 bucks and buy the whole hub, i really only need to buy the new wheel bearings and races.

Bad news, the Toyota shop manual says replace the hub assembly, the outer race is probably machined as part of the hub, I'd check with a regular parts store like NAPA or Carquest...but I would NOT get an aftermarket one if its made in china, mexico or brazil etc.
If you have it apart and it does have removable races with numbers on them, or even if it doesnt, check with a local bearing supplier from the yellow pages.
