Mobile One synthetic is the best for driving hard, but if I were you I would get some high mileage stuff.

Castrol High Mileage has been flowing through my engine. Overall, Castrol is good for high reving engines like ours.

You Quaker State 20-50W.
Castrol is good. All remember to check your oil at least every day. Driving hard does not do good for you engine especially when it need oil. Also get a good high flow oil filter like a TRD one or some other type for your celi. -------------------- West_Minist

I found that Royal Purple really works pretty good. I'm not a big fan of synthetic oils, but this stuff does work.

Any engine that has over 100,000 miles on it is probably going to burn some oil. I believe that synthetic oil is for the lower milage cars. I have 133,000 on my ST and I use Valvoline Max life. I deliver for Domino's full time so I end up changing my oil about once a month.
