Did you use the search button or read the stickies at the top of the page?

i basically plan on taking it to a shop to have the entire thing done right there, i figure ill save on costs this way, rather than taking it to multiple shops.

i plan on replacing upgrading the following:

suspension - coilovers, brakes, shoes and rotors, camber kit
tires and wheels - conni's extreme contact , rims not picked
engine - 7afe to 3s-gte ( front clip shipped to shop )

custom enclosure for 18" kicker sub and space for nos can
nos?? - its a possibility... but i think ill be happy with a swap for now

body kit and paint job ( frontend to look like gt4, possibily metallic green )
other minor details

---
i've already gotten tips on wheels.

need some advice from people who have done suspension (what brands aren't crap) etc...

need some advice on the engine... all i need is front clip or do i have to order more parts?

in the mean time, im gonna be researching this forum more and other sites.

lets see,

suspension: Tein Coilovers roughly $800 i believe, Brembo cross drilled brake rotors and green stuff brake pads

rims what ever you want i would go with an 17in x 8in width though

NO NOS, its not needed its like 75 bucks a fill and you will have a damn turbo on your car, use it not a damn bottle

engine i would do a basic overhaul, spark plugs/ wires, replace your basics like you would with any used car.

buy a front clip with uncut wireing harness.

u need MR2 TUrbo transmission or GT transmission
need GT shifter cables to swap over on the MR2
custom axles i believe
front mount intercooler with custom piping
custom exhaust piping will be needed

if you get a mr2 rear clip you should be fine using the mr2 axles.

the only problem where you come into needing custom axle stuff is using a lsd tranny and a non lsd axle, like if you had a gt and got a mr2 transmission.

this is because the half shafts for the lsd tranny are shorter than the ones for a non lsd tranny.

someone correct me if im wrong.
