I went to Borders the other day and read in a few brittish car mags (CAR and Top Gear I think, mabey EVO) that the current generation of integra will be the last. I'd assume that it also means that the RSX will die was well since they are the same car. It also said that the S2000 has no car in development to replace it once the car's production run is complete... I dont care if you hate hondas or not, its not good news because no RSX = no need for competetion to produce a sporty small car... It went on to say that honda is looking into producing a lexus SC430 competitor instead of producing sports cars... frown.gif

mad.gif mad.gif Honda Nooooooo!!!!!!!!

I love the s2000 so much i want to buy one in a few years when they r nice and cheap, they are such a sweet drive and are so tight and comfortable to sit in.
The integra is also pretty cool if its lowered and slighty bigger spoiler then stock,
another thing is my other favourite car the NSX is \being discontinued, mad.gif

I mean god damit Honda, You killed the Prelude, Now The NSX, The integra, and the not too old S2000.
Stop investing your gay robot and get back to sports car segment.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what!?! whats going on over there in Japan? Are they expereincing some sort of perfromance car slump? Can they not see beyond their F1 successes to take care of normal business?

No Celica, no supra, no mr2, no integra, no s2K, no nsx.... what are we suppose to drive now? Cobalts? SRT-4s? Foci?

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

Foci? LOL! Look at the bright side, at least the hopped up Rolla with the 2ZZ 180hp version will smack around the Civic SI mini-van. wink.gif

as far as I know, the MR spider is done in japan as well after the current model goes out. Also, the next civic Si is suppsed to be based off the next gen civic coupe, but in turn, and I forgot to mention this in the first post, the current civic Type R may possibly die out... Many performance icons seem to be dissappearing overnight... But in turn there is some interesting rumors and future models that may fill the gap.

Toyota- No more Celica in N. America, MR spider soon to depart, next "supra" may be a lexus...

Honda- No Integra, S2000, NSX, possibly no R models in future. Next US Si rumored to be a coupe (a big plus)...

Mitsubishi- Next evo still on track, possible performace colt model, new eclipse to debut (with galant powertrains)...

Nissan- 350Z gets more power for 05, rumored S16 in development, next GTR due in 07 (infiniti in US likely)...

Mazda- madaspeed 6, mazdaspeed 3 in developmental stages, possible mazdaspeed RX8. next miata could possibly be rotary powered, rumored RX7 revival...

Subaru- STI's and WRX's still around, likely STI treatment of legacy model

ah yes... i forgot about the Corolla xrs. And i want to wait for what the aftermarket does before i will fully come around to the TC. And if they do unveil a new supra, i will offically no longer be mad at Toyota. Hell, ill settle with a lexus SC coupe with a performance 6 that doesnt cost 50K.

Im sorry tyo say this guys, but i think the US market has alot to blame for this change. (im sooooo sory guys for saying this)
but seriously your gay SUVs are taking over the fcuking world, i mean porsche would never had built a SUV but america demanded something big, guy and fuel hungry.
As for honda they were awesome brand before they tried to hide their roots, making big gay luxo car instead of its small, high out put cars.
My dream was to make a small, fast semi - cheap car for my self when i had enough money, but now i have to make this car for the masses coz i cant stand to see the car market slide this way, GOD damn it i SUVs, big cars and slow arse, over eletric, souless cars!
......sorry guys its just feel soooo passionatly for true cars, when i get the money my dream will be fulfilled for sure, iu dont care if its kills me, we need more sports cars!

Its already been confirmed by honda motor that the second gen NSX project has been put on hold indefinitely, and all developmental work canceled...

Hah, that's a new one. I've only heard "o-side" and "ghetto vista." Nah, it's a cool town. Surf Ride. Pizza Port. I've been meaning to try out Tamarack, especially with our most recent swell.
