Hi everybody!
I've been reading this forum for a long time and I really love it. I remember seeing the pics from celica club cyprus meets and I thought - wow, so many beautifull cars and such great weather. Thought about posting some of the pics taken at our meets, but they are nothing compared to the great meets in cyprus.

But this satturday we had another meet, and since it was snowing big time for the last 4 days there was lotsa snow everywhere. And I really mean A LOT!

So here are some pics. They are low quality 'cause they were taken with a cell phone camera, but it gives you the general idea biggrin.gif When I get some more winter pics I'll post them here if you want to.

After driving my celica in this snowy weather I loved it even more. It's a great car for any weather.

The really fun part was actualy on sunday. We met with a friend on a gt4 and went out of town - now THATS where all the fun began. Going 80 km/h on a snowy road we felt like going 200. Now thats rally racing biggrin.gif
And celica is just great on snow, I loved every minute of it.

In this picture, what is the little building on the left side with the things on top, and also what is the statue looking thing on the right side behind the people?

Well the little building is really just an entrance to the big building on the back which is the Moscow State University. The building is huge.
And the statue looking thingie on the right is just a column i guess 'cause theres another one on the left just like it.

I found a nice photo of MSU. On this picture people are celebrating Moscow Celica Day biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif Joke

WoW! this is the beauty of this site, brings people from all over the world together!!

And you guys are hardcore celica fans to have a meet outside in the snow. That one girl in the oragne and white jacket looks like she is going to freeze to death! Yet there you guys are! Now thats what i call love and dedication! And a nice turn-out too, a great spectrum of cars... 5th, 6th, 7th gens, stock rides and modded ones, 185s, 205s... all looking damn pretty even under the snow

Excellent pics. I really can't tell you much about the celica and the snow. Here in Cyprus we have snow only at the top of the highst mountain and not even every year. I only went once or twice with my Curren and the LSD made all the difference. Having 4x4s stuck in the snow while trying to follow me was funny as hell.

Love the pics, the non-celica ones are amazing too. Have to visit there sometime, guess I'll add it to the list.

Edit: Oh, and I'm up for a January meet. Everybody can come here and go skiing.
