well she has a comcast box of mine and will not return my calls to give it back and has her new room mate make up excuses that she is out of town for the next 2 weeks *someone i know saw her at her work last night* i dont know what to do. i called the police they said they cant do anything considering i dont have proof she has it. where else would it be though? she signed for them when they were installed i only knew of two but she actually ordered 3 in my name! comcast says i can take her to small claims but the cops say it wont work since i didnt know that there were three from the beginning. so now what do i do? just annoy the crap out of her and waste my gas driving over to her house jsut about everyday??? i dont have 300 dollars to pay comcast for the "lost" box! anyone got any ideas?

So i went over there after work. her new room mate is there and admits she has the box and i will get it after i pay her this supposed money i owe. I said oh so u admit u have it? she says yeah and ull get it when u pay us back. so i said ok thanks ill go t the cops and shes like "i dont know what ur talking about i dont have the box" and i walk to my car she pushes my car door shut while im in and i get out and say DONT TOUCH MY CAR then she SPITS ON MY CELICA!
yes she SPIT ON IT! i go to the cops and basically they said they deny having it so sorry ur gonna have to pay for it and u escalated everything by coming here. and i said no i didnt. them lying is what escalated it. so i go to comcast they say she is partly responsible since her name was ont he account but that they cant do much! :-( so yay i gotta go pay 300 bucks! -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
