Has anyone put the front bumper of a 97 celica the one that incorparates the foglights into a 95 celica? Can it be done? THanks for ur help

I have too. I put the 97 bumper on a few months ago and I will be putting the fogs on soon (I just bought them).

The bumpers are direct fit replacement.

ok...i know that the stock wiring for the fogs are up there in the front....where is the harness inside the car...i know that all u have to do on the vent is drill it out?

the 94-95 did not have stock fogs in the US. So there is not stock wiring on 94-95s here. Nothing gets drilled out on the 96+ bumper, there are plactic covers that cover where the oem fogs go if you do not have the fog option. If you do have the 96+ bumper you can get the 96+ fogs with brackets and install.
