where can i get them the cheapest? also, are they hard to wire up or mount?

I got mine in the buying/selling forum. I believe you have to take the front bumper off to mount properly. Wiring them up is like any other pair of fog lamps. I think I am going to have mine come on when the parking lights are switched on.

can i get them anywhere else? how much would they be at a toyota dealer (i know the price will be outrageous)?

if you go to the dealer you also have to get the mounting braket & those are $27.00 each!!!

the fogs at a dealer is about $130 per side (online, local dealer, $160) + brackets and stuff
