where are the big 3/magic 3 in our cars? i found the batt - to chassis, but thats about it. anyone have any pics? also, will it make any difference if im only running ~600rms through my system?

You mean the big three as in the alternator, battery, and power wires for your system? The battery is in the engine bay, the alternator is located near the belts on your engine(don't remember where it's at on the 7A-FE.) The power wire you need to run yourself. If you're only running six-hundred watts RMS, you should be fine with four gauge wire and the stock electrical system. I have an Optima red top and four gauge wire and my electrical system is fine(even at idle with the brights on) with a maximum of 485 watts RMS.

well then i just need to know the wire from the alternator. i know what it is but from what i see there isnt a direct wire to the batt from the alt unless it goes around to where i cant see.

I believe that it's a larger gauge wire that routes itself through the engine harness(and probably the engine fuse box.)

actuallythe "Big 3" wires are:

1) Battery negative to chassis
2) Alternator to battery positive
3) Chassis to engine

anyone have pics on where they can locate the #2 and #3 wires on ST?

Oh, you're referring to something different. Most of the car audio enthusiasts I talk with refer to the big three as what I listed above. wink.gif
