when driving down the rode today at 69-73mph my car startign making areally loud nosie like a vibrating but the cars not shaking or something im not sure. But its loud as hell and kinda scary it does it at 47-50mph also.

could it be that i put the stock rims back on or something i dont know?
Its not the motor cuz i can here my motor reving and everything.

um my rims make a howling sound when i drive once i reach 75 they change to a higher pitched noise, they are quite annoying.

does this noise happen when doing a slight turn of the wheel while accelerating or is it constant?

well it seems to get worse when i turn left i think, and its on constant above 70mph

but somehting else thats weird is when i drive slow and turn right a weird like squek/rubbing sound like when u turn ur wheels but not drive anywhere on wet pavement sound

I'll vote for wheel bearing and hub assembly... cv's are a possibility too, but less likely to make lots of noise.

i vote for kerry, lol jp biggrin.gif hmm, well if its when ur turning... power steering lol, i hated that noise till i replaced the belt :-/ just might want to check the condition just in case, its only like 7 dollars for the tiny belt. but i also agree with the others check your cv joints for the packed grease and check the seals. just check for nething abnormal. well, if u know what abnormal is.

i got a noise from my old car, it was rust on the brake discs high pitch squeeck all it needed was a clear. my bros wife had the same problen and VW charged her £60 to clean em what a joke.
