k i jus parked right and i see the cigarette lighter in the pocket on the left door. i took it out cuz my cousin lost his and he smokes so i let him borrow. well i guess he put it there when he left hawaii for basic training. i put it back inside the lighting place where it originally goes and all of a sudden my radio/clock shuts off. i'm like wtf! i'm like all damn its my fuse. i went to walmart bought a fuse pack for 3 bucks. i put in a new fuse but it still doesnt work. the fuse i took out that i thought was burnt wasnt even burnt! so wtf... i hope its nothing expensive or serious. is something wrong with the board to where i put the fuse in? shiet! can i avoid it if i get a cd deck or no matter what i'll have to fix it? i have the stock cassette/radio. help me out dudes i need my clock its vital. and my radio would be good when im stuck in traffic. any ideas?

First of all, silly question I know, you sure your pulling the right fuse? Its the Cig/Rad 15Amp.
If the original fuse is okay it maybe that another fuse may
exist in line behind the dash.
If the clock, radio and cig lighter all have their earth return
at the same grounding point it could be that it has become detatched.
Get a 12v tester screwdriver and touch the contacts on the
fusebox to see if 12v is present. If it is then you'll have to check connections behind the dash.
If it is an earthing problem then get a wire and hook it to
say your radio's metal body, take the other end of the wire
and earth it to some metal part, say... the door catch.
Turn your electrics on via the ignition. If your radio comes back to life you know its your earthing that is the problem,

Only try the above if your confident with what your doing,

Jon
