ok well i know that removing the catalytic converter is illegal, causes pollution ect. ect. but i dont have the money replace it ( like $1000) right now because of christmas and a sh!t load of tickets. there are no emissions tests in oklahoma so im not worried about that ..and im still not too happy w/ law enforcement at this moment, but i was looking for suggestions to save me from having to resort to a hacksaw ......

its not that expensive ? go to advanced auto and get one its like 70$ and weld it on dur where the hell did they tell you a grand? they must be idiots |

this is on a gmc sierra which this model has a Y shape and 2 converters the cheapest ive found them on the internet was for about 350 or so and the price quote of a g was including labor i know of the universal app. cats playr "dur" but thanx anyway
