It keeps replied emails in 1 email. Like if I wrote you & you replied to that email, & then i repied to that email...& so on & so on, all of those replied emails will stay grouped together in one section instead of your inbox getting cluttered w/ a bunch of emails.

I cant explain it too good lol.....

it stores all of your deleted emails for like a year. you dont have to sign in everytime u go to gmail.com. it refreshes itself every 5 minutes or something so if u leave it on u know if u have mail. a lot of little things makes it alot better.

QUOTE
The Gmail way
Each message you send is grouped with all the responses you receive.

Grouping related messages creates meaningful 'conversations.' When you open a message in a conversation, all of your messages will be stacked neatly on top of each other, like a deck of cards. We call this 'Conversation View.' As new replies arrive, your stack of cards grows. Grouping messages this way allows you to quickly retrieve related messages and view all your messages in context.

I dont think anyone mentioned the search function in gmail. It is super nice once you get about 100 archived emails or more built up. We all know how fast google works so you know you will get your email searches finished in .10 seconds at a time. And you can archive anything and everything important with the measly 1 GB of storage biggrin.gif

Also you can download the Gmail notifier. It works just like outlook express where a icon will be in your system tray running in the background, notifying you when you get a new email. When you want to go to your email you can just double click the icon in your tray and it will launch gmail without you having to sign in.

If anyone wants an invite email me at mkuenzi@gmail.com. Ill check that more often than I check this topic tongue.gif
