Front suspension squeks, Like a rusty shocks Options

Everytime my car bounces up and down over speed bumps or just dips in the road the front squeks like a rusty bed would squek.

Could it be my shocks? How much would it cost to be replaced? And should I just go ahead and drop my car along with it?

is the ride noticible worse then when it did not sqeek, Its probilby nothing but its worth going under the hood and tightning the bults that hold the strut on, then going under the car and tightning the bults down there that hold it one, make sure there very tight, (I dont know what the specs are as to have tight but its pretty tight.

once thats done, post if its still there, i'll try to think of something else it could be.

Yes, mine just started squeking sometime in mid november.

for all of us, is it only our fronts? i never noticed it until recently (cold outside obviousely). when it warms up ill post what happens.

When i got my curren it had the same problem. one of the ball bearings of the superstrut suspension was damaged and lost all the greese from inside. The noise was very loud. if you have someone to jerk the wheel back and forth you will notice if a part/ball bearing is loose. try to find what is causing the problem yourself before taking it to the dealership or a mechanic so they don't take advantage of you.
