ok so the week i was out of work my raise kicked in... so the week i got back to work was a pay week.. but i didn't pay much attention to my pay stub..i just ask my mom if i'm down for 48 hours .. she said yes.. and you got a rise too.. ok.. she hands me the stub and i file it... so the next check i don't even bother looking at it... this week.... i open it since i can read small letters again... cool i have my rais.. then i look at the take home pay.. its 2 buck less then befor my rasie.. then i look at they taxes... WTF.... everthing they are taking out is anywhere from 5 to 20 bucs extra... so whats the point.. i'm make more money now.. and get paid less.. those muthersuckes..

That sucks...why'd your taxes go up?

And you really should proof-read some of those posts before clicking the submit button. I had to read it a couple times to understand what was going on. tongue.gif

i don't know why the taxes went up.. its not like i'm making that much more then before.....

and yes i really should proof read before posting..

you probably had the raise end up pusinng you up into a higher tax bracket...
