This is how I quit my first job. Working at Ruby's with limited limited availability while going to HS (Fridays Sats ONLY). Spring break comes up, and I make plans to stay up in LA to visit my dad in the hospital (leuk (he's fine now) ). I call in to check my schedule for the weekend after spring break aand they tell me I work that day at 3. I'm like:
"Excuse me?" "We know it's your spring break" "I have plans" "Well you better find someone to cover for you" "I never changed my availability. You have no right to just ASSUME" "Well, find someone" "Uhm. No. You're gonna find someone." "What?" "I quit. Bye" *click* |

 I was very nice when i quit fred meyer, i should have just..... but now that i'm out i can be hounist around my old boss's and crap, its SO fun to tell your old (bad) bosses the truth of what you think about them with no consequenses. --------------------  |

Haha... turns out she could care less.... she hated it there anyways.... I apolgized and she laughed it off sayn it sucked at my job, and she was actually kinda glad she got fired.... Intrestin huh? I stabbed my chef knife into a cutting board and called my boss a "****ing wop", went back to grab my stuff, punched a hole in the bathroom door and left
Thats how I quit my first job, and boy did it feel good!
