Thats a bit much, but they are nice rims/tires.

I would keep shopping around but keep those in mind.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Wheels look nice, but get em in black w/ the chrome lip.

Tires.....ok. Don't go continental. IMO, all the reviews from people with them were unfavorable. The impression I'm getting, is a cheaper tire company trying to break into the performence market with minmal research and effort. Remember, you can either spend extra money on nice tires now, or later on body work when your tires wouldn't grip.

Seems like you're looking at spending around 500 on tires. I would recommand Falken Azenie, a great tire for the cash. If you have a lil extra cash, I would go Goodyear Eagle F1 gs-d3's. I love my f1's to death.

I like these silver ones better, never been a fan of darker wheels that are black (or almost black). Just never looked that good IMO. They make the car look like those cars u see drivin around with missing hub caps haha

I made up my mind on the rims. I will try and get some 18x8 with +35 offset or stick to 18x7.5 in graphite. As for tires I am still researching, but continentals are out the window. Thanks for all the input ladies and gents.

This is incorrect. Continental are stock issue on many BMW's. They are not a "cheap tire company". Also, I suggest you read some of the reviews on the Conti-Extreme Contacts on tirerack.com. I did and thats why I bought them. Quite frankly, I could not be happier for either performance or wet/dry traction.

Jay
